A Last Name must be entered for any search to operate properly.
If a First Name is entered, the entire First Name is required. The search will not return results if a partial First or Last Name is entered.
When searching by the Instrument Number, Book and Page or Real Estate ID, the complete
number must be entered. If you are unable to locate the correct numbers needed to complete your search, please contact the Gadsden County Clerk of the Circuit Court Recording Department.
Only items that have been determined by Florida State Statutes to be 'Public Record' will be available for the general public to view.
Advisory: Social Security numbers are not displayed. This is in compliance with the rulings of the Florida Supreme Court, as well as State and Federal statutes. The data reflects current Case Management System data. Web Inquiry is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except 12:00 midnight to 6:00 AM Sunday, and excluding periods of maintenance, which will be posted here in advance.
