Call to Order
Clerk Thomas – Audit Report – Auditors are done with report except for response letters. They still need a response letter from the Sheriff. County Administrator Johnny Williams was instructed to contact the Sheriff’ s office as a courtesy to request his response letter.
Question by Commissioner Croley regarding legal responsibility and sworn obligations as commissioners. Revenues depend on compliance to audit requirements. Attorney to research what steps BCC needs to do to protect the posture of the board.
