Report:  Proposal for Heliport  - Cost $110,000 - $140,000 ;  Irrigation for lawn;  Asked to have those matters placed on the agenda.   Looking at rentals for the rest of the facility.  Talking to doctors.  Confident that it will build.  Seeing 50-60 patients a day.  Local doctors are sending patients there for diagnostics.
