Ms. Hayes passed out a Handout to all present

b)      Grace Maloy – Gadsden Art Center  

The Dean Mitchell Exhibition  - program cost is

2011/2012 budget – There is $500,000 in state funding for Florida

Visit Florida application pending.

 

Asked TDC for marketing monies for next budget year – need money to purchase media.

 

 

c)        Ron Sachs Communication, Inc.  Update   Summary Report – April 28 launched the website.    

d)      Fairway Outdoor Advertising Invoice - $3500   FYI  only 

 

e)      Part-time TDC Coordinator Position  

 

 

f)       Discuss Grant Cycle and submittal dates for June

 

g)      Select new tax collector to recommend to BOCC no later than July   Matt Thro, Grace Malloy, Peter Patel  names were mentioned
