Mr. Colvin called the meeting to order and then led in pledging allegiance to the U.S. flag followed by a prayer.

b.) Approval of Kimmie Lewis, Lewis Plumbing Repair, Registered Plumbing Contractor, Quincy FL McMillan/Cole

Colvin – not a complete application (table to they can get paperwork correct)Letters of Recommendation, Insurance out of date

McMillan/ Cole –to deny to application until all items are complete. 7-0 (deny)
