Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call (Beryl Wood, Deputy Clerk)

The chair called the meeting to order at 3:35 pm to announce there was no quorum present. The meeting was cancelled and would be advertised and rescheduled for the tentative date of January 28, 2013, with the Administrator’s assistance.

Amendments and Approval of Agenda

1. Approval of Meeting Minutes (October 15, 2012) (Lee Garner, TDC Chairman)

2. Budget Update (Jeff Price, Budget Analyst)

3. Jackson County TDC Partnership (Viva Florida Celebration) (Lee Garner, TDC Chairman &

Tamarah Rasmussen)

Mr. Garner asked would the Council like to join and be apart of the Jackson County TDC Partnership.

4. Tourism Coordinator Revision/Discussion (Matt Thro, TDC Vice-Chairman)

Matt Thro commented on Legacy. He said all points were highlighted. He said they asked since the list was so long, they not be held accountable for all things.

5. Bylaws Concerning a Quorum Electronically and Straw Voting (Matt Thro, TDC Vice- Chair)
