Mr. Sellars (sworn & gave testimony) – not sure who is to take ownership of this property. Tremendous amount of trash and buildings need to be removed. Nothing on site is salvageable. Neighbors are complaining.

Enter order to bring property into compliance within 30 days and if they don’t county will do and they will place lien on property.

Written orders will be brought back by Tuesday.
