Mr. Sellers commented he had mailed certified letter. He said they are dealing with several depilated buildings and it’s overgrown. He said the buildings need to be removed and also there was an old boat on the property that should be removed.
Judge Parsons entered enforcement order to remove the building and boat from the property.

Mr. Sellers commented there was a lot of debris, several old flower trailer remains. He said the address given, no one lives there and he is not sure if Mrs. Jordan is alive. The property has been posted. County can remove trash.

Mr. Sellers said that he had sent a registered letter. Nothing has been done with old dilapidated buildings on property. He testified there were a total of 2 along with weeds that need to be removed.
Judge Parsons commented that he would enter an order for it to be removed.

Mr. Sellers said registered letter was sent, but were returned they wouldn’t sign for them. The property has been posted. He added this property has 2 old buildings along with an old vehicle.

Mr. Sellers said this property only has a little bit of trash and vehicles to be removed.
Mr. Copeland stated that all vehicles are gone from property and he is working on everything else.
Judge Parsons continued case for 30 days at that time if property is clean, the case will be dismissed and there would be no need for the defendant to appear.

Mr. Powell commented this was old night club in the Havana area. He said he had torn down and old building and torn down the porch that was attached. He said the building is an eyesore. He stated the sister signed for registered letter and the property has been posted.

Mr. Powell commented the certified mail was refused on this property. Property has been posted. He said the son called for extension. He stated it was an old abandoned mobile home that needs to be taken down and trash needs to be removed from the property.

Betty Milton commented that the property has been mowed and cleaned up. She said the old part of the building that was burned will be torn down. She said they would like to keep the house no damage was done to that property.
Mr. Sellers said it was an old club and added if they can fix the fixable part and tear old part down and make it look presentable he would be ok with that. He said it should blend in with neighborhood.
Judge Parsons ordered property secured. Club part will be torn down. Agree to clean and mow property and secure structure will readdress in 30 days.
Deputy Sheriff Parsons said the structure would be added to the extra protection list for 30 days.
