Mr. Powell commented Mrs. Blount said she would like property torn down and reimburse county the cost.

Judge said he will enter order to have structure removed, lien placed on property and $250 court cost.

Mrs. McBride discussed corrections she has made. She questioned the Land Development Code.

 

Mr. Sellers was sworn at this point. He said he has not seen much progress.

Mr. Sellers commented not much progress has been made. She needs a roof and make place look presentable.

 

Ms. Atkins said father is real sick. She said she needs time. She contacted Sam Stevens to replace roof. It has been painted the outside.

Mr. Sellers said it is located on Sweet St. He said it’s an elderly lady and she is wanting county to tear down property and place lien on property. Letter was filed by defendant.

 

Judge asked Mr. Sellers to check with County Attorney because this is air property and what would you do is more complicated. Continue case

Judge Parsons asked why you thought property was air property. He said he didn’t think it was air property. He entered ordered to have property removed or County would do at their expense.
