Judge Parsons called the meeting to order.

Minutes from February 27, 2014 were approved and signed by the Judge.

Debbie Atkins said that she has contacted pole barring (trust ells).

Judge Parsons said he didn’t think it would meet Code and she has exhausted all time, it’s been 4 months and entered order of enforcement, you will have 30 days or County will demolish and place lien.

Judge Parsons entered order of enforcement give her 30 days or daily fine will be enforced.

 

Mrs. Clark arrived later after case had be addressed.

 

Judge Parsons explained everything that needed to be removed and properly disposed.

Mr. Sellers said the neighbor is trying to purchase the property and he is fine with that.

Mr. Powell accumulated a lot of trash on property.

 

Mr. Butler said he is owner of  the property. He said he would like to deed property, can’t afford to clean up.

 

Judge Parsons continued case until next month. He said county needs to develop policy on trash enforcement when the owner didn’t place it there. He asked the County Administrator or County Attorney be present or respond to policy.
