Judge Parsons called the meeting to order.
Approval of March 27, 2014 Minutes:
Minutes from March 27, 2014 were approved and signed by the Judge.

Mr. Sellers said Mrs. Atkins is working with county to have building demolished.
Judge Parsons deferred any enforcement order on case.

Officer Powell said trash was all over the property. DEP has walked property and also said it’s his responsibility to clean up property. Mr. Powell said no effort has been made as owner of property to get property cleaned.
Judge Parsons entered Enforcement Order.

Mr. Neal said contractor has looked at the home and they have concluded it should be removed and asked for 60 days.
Judge Parsons continued case for 60 days for home to be removed.

Officer Powell said the property included an old burnt out dilapidated building, which is an eyesore to the community. There was a tax lien on property for $14,000. The homeowner said that he was in no position to pay and County would assume property in October.
Judge Parsons entered enforcement order.

Am Reems – (fictitious name)
Leasing land; illegal land use of junkyard and store. Mr. Sellers asked for order to comply with Planning Department. He mentioned that several complaints had been filed.
Judge Parsons entered order for 15 days for the defendant to come in and get proper paper work from Planning Department to have permission for Junkyard.

Living in Camper, Illegal animals
Defendant wouldn’t like to be identified by name. Mr. Sellers said he had spoken with Planning Department and this is in a residential neighborhood about compliance.
The defendant asked for 90 days to relocate and to get property cleaned.
Judge Parsons recognized Attorney Grant who was there representing the homeowners association.
He said he wanted the situation to be handled as quickly as possible.
Judge Parsons continued case for 90 days.
