Illegal dumping on property: Debris (wood chips) are being hauled from other location and dumped on this property.

Officer Sellers explained this case goes way back and has a lot of history. He said they have a disgruntle neighbor. They were doing sand blasting on property, they have ponds on property. The neighbor says their ponds are causing mosquitos. The big issue is there is wood and wood chips on the property. He said it should go to CDC Landfill. The defendant said the wood chips came from their property. They have now spread chips out and put up privacy fence. He asked for order that they can’t bring debris from outside and complete privacy fence.

Mrs. Dutton said they are in agreement with what Officer Sellers has asked for. She explained they are trying to be organic that would explain the wood chips.

Officer Sellers said they can’t help with the disgruntle neighbor issues.

Judge Parsons ordered that they would not bring outside debris anymore and continue to build the privacy fence.

Debbie Atkins

Judge Parsons asked about the Debbie Atkins case.

Officer Sellers said there is a property line issue.  She said she wants to tear the building down. Officer Sellers the County is out of money and would not be able to demolish.
