Mr. Powell said property is rental and renters are burning trash in yard. He asked that the case be passed for 30 days.

He has been noticed and houses need to be demolished and grounds should be cleaned. Trying to clean neighborhood up.

Mr. Sellers said it needs to be torn or removed from the property. Property has been noticed.

 

Judge Parsons order property owner to remove mobile home within 30 days.

Junk vehicles and car parts

 

Mr. Sellers said this is rental property with junk vehicles and car parts. Property has been noticed.

 

Judge Parsons ordered 15 days to have property clean with removal of junk vehicles and car parts.

Open pool with water and property is overgrown

 

Mr. Sellers said that this is a hazard to the community. It is an open pool with water and the property is overgrown. He said this was also against the county ordinance.

 

Judge Parsons continued the case. He asked them to find out who owns the property.

 

Mr. Powell said now they will start entertaining on dog cases.

 

All meetings have been postponed to the first of the year, January 29, 2014.
