I. Meeting Called to Order

Mr. Colvin called the meeting to order at 1:00p.m. He asked everyone to stand for the invocation and then led everyone in the Pledge Allegiance to the U.S. Flag.

A silent roll call was done by Beryl Wood, deputy clerk and noted above.

II. Approval of Minutes, May 13, 2014   Samford/Francis 4-0 approved

III. Old Business  Kimmie Lewis (Lewis Plumbing); Special Meeting will be called: William McMillan will resign and he is going to ask son to step in.

Specialty Carpentry – Mr. Francis asked about.

Mr. Cole said the City does allow it.

Mr. Colvin said he would find out all requirements.

IV. New Business Items   Mr. Cole entered at this juncture of the meeting.

a) Approval of Edward H. Dykes, Dykes Heating & Cooling LLC, a Registered Electrical Contractor – Approval of License #ER13015026 Francis/Sampson 5-0 approved

Sampson – with workers exemption it only covers himself. Mr. Colvin said that it is correct only him.

b) Approval of Sterling Knot Rozar, C Rozar Electric LLC, a Registered Electrical Contractor – Approval of License #ER13014958 –Sampson/Cole 5-0 approved
