Meeting Called To Order

Judge Parsons called the meeting to order.

Donnell Dawkins   (Present)

Mr. Sellers said he went out and took photographs and it proves all the vehicles are off the right-of-way. He said the only ones that are over there are the ones he uses for his daily use.

Judge Parsons entered an order that he has complied and if he violates there will be a daily fine. He said he is trying to stop it permanently, do to history.

Officer Powell and Officer Sellers filed affidavit liens.
