Meeting called to order by Judge Parsons and both Officers were sworn by their testimonies that would be given.

Officer Sellers said he has made a lot of progress. He has a lot of mobile homes to do something with.

Mr. Kyllonen said he brought the property with 21 mobile homes and he is making progress.

Judge Parsons said it’s up to the County because he has placed an entered an Enforcement Order. No action needed.

Mrs. Henderson said he promised that he would pay the $1500 to remove the mobile home.

 

Judge Parsons said he can’t enforce any agreements with the mobile home. She needs to take it up with Small Claims Courts, Civil.

Officer Sellers said the property has junk vehicles and vehicle parts. Also, repairing vehicles on this property. She asked for 30 days to evict the tenants and all the items. He has written permission to inspect the property.

Officer Sellers said Mr. White has a local junkyard. Property has junk and trash. He said it was an eyesore to the neighborhood. He asked for case to be continued for 30 days.

Animal Nuisance/ Dog Barking

 

Officer Powell said barking dogs and dogs must be confined to your property, can’t be a nuisance to the neighborhood.

 

Mrs. Diaz said they are getting the cops called on them by their neighbor. She said she was trying to work with her. She has made an attempt to correct the problem.

 

Mrs. Jones said this started happening before Christmas. She said the dog barks until it starts to howl. She said she wants it to stop.

 

He (Children’s father) bought a shot caller for the dogs. He said the collar has a sensor on it. It makes the dog stop barking.

 

Judge Parsons said this is a dispute between neighbors. Continued case for 60 days to monitor the case.

Officer Powell said the property has junk. and trash. He has cleaned up quite a bit. Would like to continue to monitor.

 

Judge Parsons continued case indefinitely and if problems reoccurs we can revisit.
