Second Organizational Meeting

October 5, 2020 – 9:00 a.m.

                                Honorable Steve Scott

                                Commissioner Eric Hinson- absent

                                Bradley Munroe, VAB Attorney

                                Marcella Blocker, Deputy Clerk

                                Beth Bruner, Deputy Clerk

 

1.        Reconvene Meeting from September 14, 2020 and announce all pending petitions have been settled.

 At 9:13 a.m. Marcella Blocker took roll call and the meeting was called to order. Commissioner Gene Morgan stated all pending petitions had been settled.  Marcella Blocker stated Robert and the Property Appraiser’s Office did a great job settling everything.  

 

2.       Approval of Minutes

 

a.       September 14, 2020

STEVE SCOTT MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MEETING MINUTES WITH A SECOND FROM GAY STEFFEN.

THE BOARD VOTED 4-0 BY VOICE VOTE TO APPROVE.

 

3.       Adjournment

  With no questions or comments and no further business, Commissioner Gene Morgan thank everyone for volunteering their time and Steve Scott motioned the meeting to be adjourned at 9:16 a.m.
