Chair called meeting to order at 9:04 am
Mr. Dixon introduced above item.
Ms. Tashonda Whaley appeared before the board and introduced the Resolution for the State of Emergency. This will give the opportunity to recover funds if any available.
NeSmith asked status of Emergency Operations Center and Tashonda explained. Dixon said construction may have to be re-bid, can’t use in-house people.
Simpkins/NeSmith moved approval. Motion passed 3-0
