Personally went to property on May 30, 2024. Bopp was tired of being harassed

  Arnold asked Bopp to submit a brief to address permissible use   

  Israel stated would like for Bopp to discontinue business at her residential until can resolve with zoning dept.

  Mary Lansley stated it was clear running a business. Stated there was noise and dogs roaming neighborhoods.

  Neighbor appeared and stated issues with loose dogs.

  Bopp stated need time to find somewhere else. Stated has asked Commissioners to help with finding land. Requesting denial of cease-and-desist letter.

  Arnold stated will make a written ruling. Asked Bopp to create brief outlining their request. Stated it was imperative to apply for special exception use.  45 days to make final ruling and 10 days for a brief. Asked county to provide proposed order.
