DAVID WESOLOWSKI (PETITION 2025-19)

    Wesolowski appeared in regards to his petition.

  Shorter asked for clarification

  Simpkins asked if painted the front as well; David stated yes, and they replaced five doors.

Simpkins asked if building is currently being used. David stated yes

  Shorter asked if his income has increased since he got the building; David stated yes.

  Reginald Cunningham appeared and stated there was a lot on property that need to be accounted for still.

  Ken Brown appeared to provide opening address

DAVID WESOLOWSKI (PETITION 2025-20)

  Wesolowski appeared to present his petition.

   Ken Brown appeared to provide value conclusion

  Simpkins asked if they reduced already; Brown stated yes, they have made adjustments

   Wesolowski appeared and stated they have already done what he asked and he was not aware so he apologized.  

  Attorney asked if withdrawing petition and Wesolowski stated yes.
