There is public access to records for most cases not sealed by the Court. There are some case types that are restricted due to the sensitive nature of the cases contents that will only be accessible by special request.

Special Access: Creating an account does not automatically grant you additional access to court records. You must complete the appropriate access form in order to gain additional access.

Special elevated permission access are provided by first registering with this site and thereafter submitting a signed and notarized party access request form for each case you are party to. Parties may also grant special access to an attorney, not of record, by submitting an Authority for Attorney Electronic Access Form.

Attorneys: Firms and Attorneys must complete and submit a Subscriber Agreement.
