The deadline for filing VAB Petitions is September 16th, 2024 at 5 p.m.  
The filing fee is $15.00 and the mailing address is 10 E. Jefferson Street,
Quincy, FL 32351 or P.O. Box 1649, Quincy, FL 32353.

The Gadsden County Value Adjustment Board will hold its organizational
meeting on (to be determined)  in the County Commission Chambers.  
It is open to the public for observation.
Public hearings on VAB petitions will be held on September 24, 2024 
at 10:00 a.m. and October 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. These hearings will 
also be held in the County Commission Chambers at the address noted
above.  In an effort to enhance fairness, the VAB Board will hear and 
act on tax payer requests for relief regarding the assessed values on
their real and tangible personal property.      
Hearings are open to the public for observation.

Parking is available in the rear parking lot located at the corner of Adams 
and Crawford St. You may enter the building from the rear.
